Luxury villa Love is situated in a sheltered bay directly on the coast with its own boat berth. Fashionable design with its minimalist lines does not violate the tranquility and natural beauty of the bay. The total living area of 300 square meters, divided into three floors is situated on a cultivated 525 square meter plot. The entrance to the villa is on the top floor that features a kitchen, dining room and spacious living space opening onto a terrace with an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the bay. There is additional heating installation for the pool water that is derived as an overflow swimming pool and it gives a wonderful visual connection between the sea and pool water. On the floor below are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a laundry room and storage. Ground floor consists of two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, additional kitchen, a beautiful terrace and a large storage room for boats.

The villa is built from top quality materials that meet the latest technical standards for heating, cooling, security, lighting and aesthetics, which greatly contributes to the real stone from Brač Island. Location

This truly extraordinary luxury villa is located on Brač Island, in Bobovišća village between Sutivan and Milna. The picturesque island place is only half an hour away by car from the Brač airport, and only ten minutes’ drive from Supetar where the main ferry port is.

Brač is the largest among the central Dalmatian islands and also a closest one to Split. Symbol of the island is legendary beach called Zlatni rat in town of Bol, on the island's south side. It is not possible to avoid the Zlatni rat, certainly the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic Sea, whose cape is turning one moment to one side and the other moment to the other side playing a strange game with the wind and the waves.
